    Metabolism consist of 3 types
    Mesomorph
    Ectomorph
    Endomorph
   Mesomorph body type usually lose weight and gain weight
   very quickly,
   When these body types is on proper nutrition and exercise
   they lose weight quickly.
   And when not followed by any diet and exercise they gain
   weight very quickly.
   The best diet for this body type is high in protien and low 
    in carbohydrates.
  • Ectomorph
     Ectomorph body types has very fast metabolism which
     do not allow the body to gain muscle or fat which is 
     good as well as bad at the same time because it gets 
     very difficult to gain muscle and stay healthy.
     The best diet for this body type is diet which is 
     very high in calories.
      

  • Endomorph
       Endomorph body type usually have lot of issues to 
       reduce excess weight and to get on a leaner side.
       This body type has a very slow metabolism rate which
        does not allow them to reduce body fat quickly.
       An intense workout and proper nutrition can help them
       to achieve the desire goal.
       The best diet for this body type is high on protien and 
        low on carbohydrates.
