WHAT IS GRATITUDE



  • What is gratitude? 
         When we talk about gratitude it means being truly grateful for what we have,
         giving appreciation in return we show emotions of gratefulness for every small things,
         gratitude relates to positive feelings.
         We always say "Thank you" to every individual who helps us.
   
  • Why it is important to practice gratitude? 
            It is said that keep the attitude of gratitude.
            Gratitude can increase happiness and can  reduce stress.
            We feel more positive and it boost ones self esteem,
             It increases energy and we are more likely to help others.
             Gratitude cultivates the act of kindness in human nature and the list goes on,
             There is so much to be thankful and grateful for.

The magic of gratitude                              
There is always a saying "What you give you
get in return"
If you are in a relationship which is not
working good, but still you feel grateful
for it, the relationship would turn towards
better side.
If we have very little money and still 
show gratitude towards how much we    
have, money will flow in life.

                                                  So the moment you are thankful for every
thing, you give complete attention to it 
and see wonders happening in life.
