  • Whats is fats?
       Fats is a oily substance accumulated beneath the skin or around the organs of
       of any living organism is called fats.

       When it comes to fats the topic is took very wrongly and several myths have build
       over period of time.
       Fats are very essential part of the body as it provide energy to the body and helps
       support cell growth and important for hormone as well and it keeps the body warm.
       Having anything excess in the body is harmful for it.

  • What we should do to lose excess fats in the body?
      The best ways to lose excess fat from body is by exercising regularly one should start with
      weight training and jogging,brisk walking,sprint and a proper diet plan will help remove
      excess body fat.

  • What are good fats in nutrition?
       Fats which are important for the body and by consuming it one do not gain extra pound.
       Unsaturated fats are the one people should consume in their  diet.
       For eg: Fish, olive oil, nuts, chia seeds, dark chocolate etc.

       Saturated fats is harmful when not consume in a limited quantity it mostly effects
       the cardiovascular health.
       It was previously said that its not good for body but it is just a myth one can
       consume limited quantity of saturated fats
       For eg: Beef, pork, poultry, cream, cheese.
       This food can be consumed in a limited quantity.

      Exercise: Weight training
      Target the larger muscle group of the body.
       Leg muscle, back muscle because when you breakdown the larger muscle of the
       body more fats is been used as energy to recover the muscle.

       Drink at least 7 to 8 glasses of water every day.
